Kim Pyke-Grimm

Kim Pyke-Grimm PhD, RN, CNS, CPHON is a Nurse Scientist in the Department of Nursing Research and Evidence-Based Practice at Stanford Children’s Health.  She has over 30 years of experience as a Pediatric Hem/Onc/SCT Clinical Nurse Specialist. She graduated with her Bachelor of Nursing Degree from Dalhousie University, Master of Nursing Degree from UCLA and PhD in Nursing from UCSF. Dr. Pyke-Grimm completed a postdoctoral fellowship in Palliative Care at Stanford University. She has a Certificate in Pediatric Bioethics from the Children's Mercy Bioethics Center. She holds an appointment as a Clinical Assistant Professor at Stanford School of Medicine, Department of Pediatrics, Division of Hem/Onc. Her research interests include treatment decision making in children, adolescents, and young adults with cancer, and their families, palliative care and clinical ethics.
